Rowlett, a city in the U.S state of Texas and an eastern suburb to Dallas has grown considerably over recent years with nearly $1B investment from developers who are looking forward for more growth around this area!

The name of this small town, Rowlett comes from its namesake creek which flows into Lake Ray Hubbard and is a major tributary to the east fork Trinity River. The original spelling was probably something like “Rovell” before adopting it’s current form around 1835 when Daniel moved here from Kentucky via Bonham Texas during what became known as “The Great Migration.” He had no direct dealings with today’s city but rather just owned land that would become part estate for future generations after being logged out over time due mainly because people didn’t know how much wood could be grown here until they tried!

Rowlett is about to become a destination for luxury vacationers in the heart of Texas. The City has partnered with Sapphire Bay Development, LLC and will soon publish plans that would construct an expansive resort along its shoreline–the first ever created by man-made lagoon waters!
